DESCRIPTION:Guided by an advisory team of local leaders, the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Racial Justice Action Team will work to strengthen community engagement, equity, and inclusion within the Jefferson service area via technical assistance to Collaborative partners.\nAction Statement\nThe DEIRJ Action Team embraces the concept of transformative learning. Through focused and intentional community engagement, its members will embrace multiple community voices and promote transparency, patience, and trust. The DEIRJ Action Team will:\n\nBe nimble and responsive to Collaborative partner needs as they arise.\nAdvocate for professional development and technical assistance opportunities.\nParticipate in activities that elevate community voice for the purpose of improving service delivery and ensuring equity in decision making.\nShare resources with Collaborative partners.\n\n \nParticipation in these efforts is open to all Jefferson Collaborative Partners.
