Safe Space Café
Dear Community Partner,
At our recent Jefferson Community Collaborative meeting, you indicated interest in participating in the Safe Space Café, and we’re so glad to follow up with this invitation.
The Safe Space Café is an informal, in-person space for nonprofit partners to connect and engage in open dialogue around equity. Grounded in psychological safety and respect, the Café offers time to share lived experiences, reflect on the personal and professional impacts of community-based work, and learn from one another. Conversations are confidential, and participation is not connected to funding decisions.
