The Human Services Center Mon Valley (HSCMV) is the trusted partner of Mon Valley residents that provides resources, programs, collaboration, and advocacy to improve lives. The HSCMV was established as a “mall” for human services and currently houses 10 tenant agencies, community outreach services, and youth programming, serving 38 Mon Valley communities.
