Community Rules for the Jefferson Community Directory and Collaborative Message Board
The Allegheny County Health Department (ACHD) is gathering community feedback to help shape health priorities and strategies for the next five years.
We are asking community members and partners to complete a 20-minute survey covering topics such as physical and mental health, environmental safety, access to resources, and trust in healthcare systems. Community input is essential to helping ACHD and our partners better understand local needs and identify where resources and support are most needed. Your feedback will help guide future programs, services, and investments that support healthier communities across Allegheny County. We encourage you to share your voice and help us build a healthier future for everyone in Allegheny County. This survey is open to any resident of Allegheny County age 18 and older.
