Program Description

412 Food Rescue rescues food about to go to waste and redistributes it to organizations in need. Also offers food education in the Jefferson area through a nationally recognized food education curriculum, Cooking Matters, that spans 6 weeks and is designed to teach adults, children and caregivers how to cook healthy food on a budget.
