NAMS Community Assistance and Refugee Resettlement (CARR): LifeSpan Knoxville Resource Center, Elder-Ado Building, 320 Brownsville Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15210. – Refugee resettlement services to include job development , case management, information & referral and service coordination.
