Our mission is to equitably transition abandoned properties to beneficial reuse that promotes community stability and resiliency alongside our members, partners, and residents in the communities we serve.

Our vision is that all Allegheny County communities are places of opportunity, where vacant and abandoned properties are transformed into neighborhood assets.
