Community Rules for the Jefferson Community Directory and Collaborative Message Board
Allegheny County is creating its first Climate Action Plan (CAP)and we need your voice. Help us craft a community vision and roadmap for a better future by providing feedback at these upcoming events:
Resident Leader Conversations
RLCs will help shape the Allegheny County CAP and offer community members the chance to:
- - Provide feedback on the CAP’s draft vision, values, and goals
- - Contribute to an Environmental Justice Commitment (EJC) that names historic planning harms and environmental injustices; EJC is a cornerstone of the CAP and will be used to inform implementation
- - Help shape strategies and actions, including identifying meaningful community benefits across sectors
- - 8/5 (virtual) from 5:30 – 7:30 pm. Register here.
- - 8/10 (In-person, Clairton) from 5:30 – 7:30. Register here. Dinner and childcare provided.
