Community Rules for the Jefferson Community Directory and Collaborative Message Board
We continue to hear, and feel, the uncertainty facing nonprofits around our region: funding, rising costs, policy, shifting demand, staffing, and technology. That’s why Elevate NP is bringing back the free, in-person Scenario Planning Clinics across the region starting in June 2026.
These dynamic workshops include group discussion with expert facilitators, peer connections, and applied exercises to:
- Get clear on the major drivers of uncertainty and risk for their organization – and what some potential scenarios might be
- Develop an action plan to address near-term risks/opportunities and plant seeds for the future
- Get advice and share ideas with peers and colleagues
Facilitated by Jake Seltman and Will Tolliver of Procopia, these in-person clinics will be offered around the region on the following dates. Participants may choose one location to attend:
- Thursday, June 18th – Uniontown
- Tuesday, June 30th – Homestead
- Wednesday, July 15th – Canonsburg
- Thursday, August 20th – Butler
- Thursday, September 3rd – Pittsburgh
Morning sessions will include a light breakfast, and afternoon sessions will include lunch. More dates and locations are being added, so please let us know on this form if you are interested in other dates or locations, would like to subscribe to our newsletter, or would like to explore bringing a Scenario Planning Clinic to your community please let us know on this form.
These sessions are intended for 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations with a paid Executive Director and annual budgets between $100,000 and $5 million. Space is limited to 20 nonprofit organizations per clinic. These workshops are intended for Executive Directors, and participants are encouraged to bring an additional member of their leadership team or Board.
