Local news is shifting in Pittsburgh. As outlets close, change, or scale back, the question isn’t just what’s next but what local journalism could (and should) be for you. You Have the Floor is a seven-day listening series — no speeches, no panels — just neighbors talking about what information they need and what feels overlooked.
