Program Description

Congress of Neighboring Communities (CONNECT) brings together elected and appointed officials from the City Pittsburgh and 40+ municipalities who share borders and challenges to collaborate on ideating and implementing local government innovation for equity and efficiency with a diverse group of partners and stakeholders representing over 850,000 residents in Allegheny County.
