For more than 50 years, NeighborWorks Western Pennsylvania (NWWPA) has been enhancing the lives of and expanding housing options for our neighbors. Since our founding, NWWPA improved the lives of residents and helped build strong, stable communities throughout Western Pennsylvania. NWWPA offers services across the entire spectrum of homeownership. We help prepare homebuyers for the homebuying process through homebuyer education workshops and housing counseling. We also help existing homeowners navigate the ups and downs of owning a home. NWWPA is a charter member of NeighborWorks America, a HUD certified Housing Counseling Agency, and an affiliate of the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency Comprehensive Housing Counseling Initiative.
